Hello anonymous, yes this is not android because bada is a different OS. It is developed to create a Smart Phones which are not so expensive but is competitive when it comes to features and functionality.
I am a Wave 3 user and it exceeded my expectation, ideally.

samsung is no customer supportive. Very risky motherboard. And no updates to phome. Samsung pls take all smartphones and push those in ur asss

the live shots for the wave y doesn't look like the real wave y because the buttons are different and the screen shows android?

Disappointing. Not dual core and more importantly no 1080p video capture. When Wave I was introduced, Samsung was smart to lure more buyers into Bada with great hardware at a low price. I would have expected them to continue that strategy till the Bada has attained a respectable market share. Personally I'll prefer to pay a bit more for a better spec Android.
