        As usual, our 3rd world country is late. Been to fillipins then to thailand on vacation and have seen and tried the P20 pro already in their malls.

          People in India are very brand concious. They may purchase chinese phones at cheap prices but if you are purchasing this instead of veterans like the galaxies or pixels at that price, you instantly become a laughing stock. This cannot compete with them in terms of CPU, GPU, user interface or after sales support nor are you guranteed timely updates or security patches (and even if they do,chinese are infamous for changing the dates in security patch and not really providing the newer ones) nor are you going to fetch some fair amount if you decide to exchange this and yet your asking price is equal to or higher than the premium offerings from the big 7. At this price, only phones from Apple, Samsung, Sony, Lg, Htc, Moto and Nokia are taken into consideration.

            Huawei Honor V10 had an issue with android for work sync issue, following up multiple times on calls, facebook, twitter for over 6 months doesn't resolve the issue. Had to sell V10 because of pathetic support. 64K mobile if such pathetic support continues, then huawei fails big time.

                            I am saying this because it has 82% STB ratio, which is quite high despite the chin.

                                Finally, SD 650/652/653 are evenly comparable or slightly lower to SD636 on CPU performance but Adreno 510 of former is still better than Adreno 509 inside SD 636. The plus point for SD 636 is that 14 nm process while SD 65* struck with older 28 nm..

                                  Considered P20 Pro this but this is sort of"potential flagship killer....but" mobile with resolution still not qHD, no wireless charging, price actually on par with flagship! Had very bad experience with after sales & support for my Huawei Nexus 6P even after paying extended warranty, I had to take my mobile to fix it's battery issue(pushing the display outside the frame due to swelling issue).

                                  Went with S9 Plus !

                                    If you are not a notch fan and selfieholic then simply get Huawei Honor 8 Pro for 23K instead of this 20k crap.

                                      P20 lite can do well in this price segment, but P20 pro cant survive as price is too much and in India for this price range people's fav mobiles are iphone and galaxy S series.
                                      for pricing.. high launch price as usual, I like Xiaomi policy towards pricing, they launch their products at right price and keep it up almost same through out years.
                                      But other brands like Samsung, LG, Sony, Honor launch their mobiles at super high price and suddenly drop price after 3-4 months, this is really painful when you buy expensive phones and after some times same phone costs like 70% of original price.
                                      So my advice, don't buy this phone right now, wait 2-3 months and prices will surely go down.

                                        i think pixel is the better option here
                                        it got the most consistent camera on market and camera quality is still improving as time pass. and its cheaper.
