I hope that Nokia will launch this phone exclusively for China. I hate the notch!

Thats true. You know what else is true. P20 Pro have bigest score on dxmark, 113 or something like that, Pixel XL2 have 97 or 99 but users says that Pixel have beter photo. Ok that, but how about 6 years old phone vs P20 Pro, Nokia 808 Pureview. That phone have only 60 score, but camera quality photo in daylight is on par with Huawei maybe beter.. I wanna say, OEMs pays sometimes for good and positive reviews, somewhere..
On that same dxmark mix 2s have 97 score, like iphone x or note 8 but camera quality is much worse. Ok its way cheaper phone, but why they write than that camera is one of the best if you looks at the score. Is this marketing or what? :)

I ve always adored small bezels years before they became a thing, i am glad that Nokia has finally adopted them, meaning the have the necessary tech to make it happen. But unfortunately, this has happened for all the wrong reasons, like every other Chinese company, they are just copying Apple...
Why oh why they had to copy the notch?

Just like the Nokia 7 even though it has good specs with capable Zeiss camera, Bothie and OZO it is not released to the rest of the world.. China market is so large that it can demand anything and the manufacturer will deliver.. The rest of the world will be spared of the Notchkia.. As only the chinese rever the notch while the rest of the world despise it.. Nokia listens to its customers.. Rest assured

You blame Chinese companies for copying others,and when Motorola/Nokia for removed the headphone jack, you started defending them? Now when Nokia has decided to put a notch, you are defending them again?
And BTW, it isn't just China where 'notched' phones sell well. The P20 Pro is already a best seller in Europe, outselling it's predecessor by 316%. So that BS argument doesn't work here.
Nokia and Motorola are much more original than Chinese companies, but that doesn't mean you defend every action they take. If you do, you can't blame other companies.
I like original designs and ideas, but I don't defend or bash any company while doing the opposite for others.

I remember when fans were crying for Nokia to ditch symbian and adopt Android. I don't know how they couldn't see symbian was doomed. Once the King but no more.

Carol, 28 Apr 2018Well, at least not more then you🤗Actually Nokia 8 (2017) was good phone, only camera is not on pair with older Nokias (flagahip Lumias) or Pureview 808 from 2012. But speed just ok, battery life ok, display (for IPS) great.
Nokia 7 Plus is also good midrange phone, for company that exist only 2 years. Maybe you sould try any of these phones first, is not enough just to read specs here.. :D
