The J-series need to fight the SD 636 such as the asus zenfone max pro & Xiaomi Redmi Note 5.

But, after all, and for 300 euros they have 636 in A6+.. I hope so, for them, because thats similar price of the brand new last year flagship from same brand.

Samsung need to put processor with at least 130.000 antutu 7 score for A series to compete with SD 660.

I think this is not even posible, to phone costs like 350-400 euros with SD450 soc. If Apple have phone on Android platform, with SD 450, maybe, because they can overprice phones for some reason, yet.. But other than Apple, no way, sorry Samsung its not anymore 2014 year. :/

I think is good deal to take J5 1017 then(~170EUR now). Yes, less RAM and storage but design almost the same and all sensors are present and if chipset is the same no reason to pay twice only for memories.

they realized that we aren't stupid enough to buy it because it is SHINY
so they moved to a cheaper option recycling an old model (probably living the DUAL GLASS sandwich design for there Ultra expensive models)

People if you look closely you will see that sd430 is a low range processor. In the A series it is better to go with Samsung A9 pro 2016 or in the C series with C9 Pro 2016. I leave to you people to decide.
