          Their problem is the lack of local customer services around the world, but with a premium price. They lost their old distribution so now only in few countries you can find them or online. In my country, no carrier offer it. And the majority of people don't buy premium flagships online, customs, etc, usually buy the cheaper ones, but enough good, like Zenfone 5z this year, the Mi 7 depending of its final price, etc. To compensate the difference in taxes, customs, etc, from online or local retailers after increase the price due to all those expenses.
