iOS is so boring, I almost died looking at the same bunch of icons for 2 months. Apple is throwing crap at consumers. If their so called patent allowed a great deal of customization on their OS, why didn't they used it? Android is winning ground because you can do whatever you want with the OS. Apple's model of making OS'es need to change. Look at Windows vs Mac, only that now is Android vs iOS

Yup I will agree that Apple is definitely nervous about the rising popularity of Android. Plus Mr. Rubin "USED" to work for Apple in the 90's, my GOD tech changes and so what if he may have used some ideas about Apple's crappy software? It was a decade ago guys! Just give up on Android, if you want fair competition then increase your pace! You guys develop tech at a snails pace! Android is developing it as if its a race! Apple guys are total douche bags! If you can't keep up with the tech you guys are gonna go down no matter how much lawsuits you file against any other Android company! You guys may be giants but you will meet your own downfall!

Look guys, again you are just posting your opinions without ACTUALLY READING THE STORY.
The story is saying that HTC MISSED OUT IMPORTANT INFO in the court case. It's saying that HTC DELIBERATELY FAILED to tell the courts that the creator of Android used to work at Apple.
Read the story properly guys.

If Apple is afraid of Android's rising popularity, it's not a way of slowing down Android's popularity. Apple's filing a lawsuit for what they have invented, which is clearly, the kernel of Android taken out from Apple's patent. Why would Mr. Rubin did that? Didn't he think that Apple would file a lawsuit if they've found out its origin?

apple should understand one thing, people wont buy any product if it is a direct copy of their produtcs, people prefer the original one. There is some x-factor in HTC, Samsung, Motorola & LG etc. what makes it popular and an attractive buy. Apple cannot point gun at everyone and make them love apple products ions as features has as much as limitations as features.

Apple are obviously getting scared with the rising popularity of Android and the fact that they have not produced any new hardware and their competitors already have and gaining good ground. Considering the amount of money Apple has made, it is not as if they need to resort to these tactics but I can tell you this, they will really annoy (I wanted to sweat here) all the Android users if they get their own way! This is one reason I refuse to own any Apple products. Their tactics and policies stink... period.
