They should price this device under 350 USD. Keyone was so expensive in my country, even more expensive than iphone 6s+ 32gb. I miss blackberry keyboard, it is really amazing to use keyboard compared to touch screen keyboard

I won't even tell you what BB I still use...OK Torch...yikes...but all of my information/life resides in this BB. I still love the email. I love the text. This is my hub...I never needed a new 'hub' that only screwed up what BB already did well. I have many email accounts that need to be kept separate and it does a superb job. The sound quality on the phone is excellent. The rest sucks compared to what is out there: camera, processor, battery, apps, etc. There are many things I cannot even read/access anymore as it doesn't seem to accept the protocol. I know I am in the smart phone stone ages...but I am hanging on for something like a really current awesome Priv 2. I tried other moves to the Classic and the Passport, and I was disappointed almost immediately with the experience vis-a-vis my tried and true. I would like a proper slider so that you have the full big touch screen when you want it...and the PKB which I still love and prefer composing on. The BB for me is a workhorse. Sure I use my BB for sports, weather, movies, google, etc. but if I need to stop and compose...the PKB is giant. I think when I feel the keys so the PKB is essential. My current experience stinks...but I continue to hope that they get it right. Great screen. Great processor. Great camera. Good (good will be fine) battery life...and maintain the awesome email and security. Hopefully, I will also be able to properly migrate all of my legacy data (contacts, codes, etc.) to this new envisioned device.

I owned their past 4 QWERTY handsets (skipping the Priv) and they're just getting worse and worse. Their last decent ones were the Q10 and the Passport. It's a shame, they used to be a good company.
If anyone reading this is on the fence about getting this handset like I was with the KeyONE, don't do it.. You're on the fence for a reason - deep down you know that the qwerty is useless without BB OS, or to put it another way, the QWERTY will be more of a hindrance than a blessing with Android.

SD625 is not bad choice if the BBG100-1 is targeted for budget phone. My wish list:
- Physical keyboard
- Compact size with small screen
- 3.5 inch 720X720 square LCD screen (not OLED) like old BB Classic is OK.
- 4000 mA removable battery
- USB Type C connecot
- Lugged screen and case, IP67 water drop resistance, MIL-STD-810G shock resistant.
- 3.5 mm earphone jack
- FM Radio
- I can forgive it for thickness or weight or poor camera.
- Low, low price.

Should have been a 630 @ minimum. Current KeyOne is at lower prices now. People would just buy that. But I wish BB would worry about updates now. SMH

If the keyboard isn't larger than the last one, it's doomed. I have medium sized hands and found the individual keys too small. The Passport was superb and they should have maintained that form factor and keyboard, but used Android.

Its looks snapdragon 450 to me.
Anyways whats the difference between 450 and 625 again?
A kye2 lite is a good strategy some people didn't buy keyone cos its over price AF. More option always good.
