Lol that's not the SD625.
625 has 8x 2.0 GHz Cortex A53 cores, while those are only 1.8GHz.
It may be the SD450 though; same architechture, just lowered down clockspeeds.

The Snapdragon 625 is currently the most power efficient Qualcomm chip and it's a great choice even in 2018. A compact phone with small bezels, SD625 and a 3500 mAh battery would sell like hot cakes.
