Im tired of Apple's girlish fights,I use an iPhone out of convinience otherwise it could be down the drain,Samsung are The Now Big Thing so Apple should sit down and strategize differently!

and again with that, this pattent nonsense is going out of hand specially with Greedy Apple, i feel like they want to over rule the planet earth with their products only, 'common apple get over with get some sense of fair trade, we consumers want variety and innovation stop trying to decide for us.

Apple has grown into one big arrogant company. Honestly, that's the only reason why I don't have any Apple products.
Maybe Braun can sue Apple....

before patents were used to encourage innovation. now its being used as a weapon to stop others from creating good products. yes i use an iphone. but ive also used samsung galaxys and its also an awesome phone. but the way apple is trying to impact sales by doing such cheap lawsuits is making me lose respect for that company. this is not how u fight ur battles. ur macbooks have the same look as other laptops that is folding screen with keyboard and before ipad thr was another tablet running windows which didnt do well. what if they tried suing u? tho thr r many phones that look similar to iphone aplle is only suing samsung cuz their popularity is increasing rapidly. so i guess apple sees it as a threat. but this is so wrong.

Apple behavior increases the cost of both apple's and Samsung products. Consumers get to pay for the every increasing legal fees. Thanks for nothing APPLE!!!
If Apple keeps this up there will be a wave of Virus's infecting all of Apple products.

Lost ALL of my respect for Apple. Sold my mac's yesterday. This cannot be true. Than android could sue apple for stealing ALL of the functions and implimenting them to their new ios5, but such a shame that it can't be done since android is an open source software build.

Apple is promoting Samsung without paying and making it popular by running after it with court cases everywhere it goes.
I don't use any of them but certainly my next smartphone should be from Samsung. I want to feel what is in Samsung that Apple could not tolerate.

Thts not fair of Apple at all Galaxy doesnt even looks alike Ipad at all theres plenty tabs available in market I feel Apple is scared of Samsung and any way Galaxy new model is much better than Ipad coz u gets expandable memory

So why is that when the same company that has been supplying you(apple), with sooo much of "your" internals(samsung) starts doing well and starts geting bigger and bigger in your rear view mirror, you try to shut them down???? I think apple is just flat out afraid of competition, much less competition that has been supplying them, and now blowing them clear out of the water!!!

I dont know why Apple is so afraid. As a i've used Apple and Samsung Galaxy S (Using Galaxy Tab now).
I prefer Samsung due to more options and loads of applications. Next month i have plans to buy Tab 10.1 (P7100) much better than Ipad or Ipad 2 (camera and other features are better.
So i think Apple knows that Samsung products are better and are giving real tough time to Apple. Grow up Apple, i know you guys are good and you can do better , instead of going to courts leave it to consumers :)

ive always hated apple they put so many limitations in their devices well if u see samsung devices like galaxy sii u have so much to do it with don know how how apple is still going on...............
