Apple sues Samsung in Japan, wants sales ban and money

You guys think Apple is trying to crush Samsung, where the reality is Samsung is crushing the market in the world except for U.S. At this point Apple is struggling to survive in the world market of touch smartphones, defending their patents is the only way they can push Samsung giant back.
To illustrate my point, compare Samsung's phones in U.S. vs phones in the rest of the world. The only way Samsung can sell their phones in the U.S. is because it has to change things that were patented by Apple long before Samsung was making touch smartphones.

Their greed have no limits! This attempts to trying to stop other companies only brings Apple a bad reputation!
Apple get REAL! The others are making better devices and cheaper ones! Instead of acting like a bully start making better products and at better prices to.

I would love to see this lawsuit... All the Japanese judges sitting there with their fake iPhones having to decide whether or not the Galaxy range is copying Apple... Can you say 'Awkward'?

Apple probably knows that iPhone5 is not even close to as good as Samsung Galaxy S2, even though S2 soon will be far from the best phone from Samsung! If there really existed a "God" then Apple would definetly sue him for not paying royalty to Apple for every Apple that grow on trees because Apple have patent on anything shaped like their Apple-logo, just as Apple have patent on every rectangular screen.
The real problem is the Patents-system that allow these silly patents from Apple.
Apple was good when they made touch-screens popular, but Apple are now far worse than they ever was "good", Apple is now damaging the whole smartphone-industry. Apple was also good when they competed against Microsoft, but today Apple is a far worse "bully" than Microsoft ever was. I guess money really changes people, and companies, to much money and greed kicks in, why only be the most valued company in the mobilphone-industry when you can use the legal systems to make yourself the only mobilephone-company. Apple is a perfect example of everything that is bad with capitalism, greed greed greed...
