Hey guys apple is not suing samsung for any hardware issues its all bout the software infringement so if you guys think apple should stop this shit then you should also know that if samsung stops using the things which are patented to apple than this will end forever..so first samsung should stop infringing

It's really sad when a company like Apple, that has a hell of a lot of clout starts to pick off their competitors in such a pathetic way...
There is absolutely no doubt all of the big companies steal ideas / technology off each other...
It's the nature of the products - but smartphones (and tablets) have been around waaaaay before Apple started to manufacture them - and to keep doing this on what must be terribly minor technicalities is just downright wrong...
This just fuels the negative image of them as just plain greedy... don't get me wrong, I think the iphone is an excellent device for a good chunk of the masses, but under closer scrutiny their technology is nowhere near as advanced as their marketing teams would have you believe...
To stunt progress and advancement in this way is wrong. It is for these reasons I will never buy an iphone / ipad... I will not support a company who treats employees (check out the suicide rate in the their overseas factories), competitors and customers with such arrogant contempt...

this is nothing but apple's frustration coz Samsung currently ruling the mobiles phone market and it's success currently giving so much headache to other cell phones companies...
so it's better for apple to produce more powerful device than samsung producing, instead of wasting time in court.
