Oh oh you guys want htc and samsung and all others to sue apple but when apple sues samsung you people just bash apple that its doing wrong its a bad company its shit this and that huh.. First learn to accept or swallow some hard truth and things...dont be so biased

Why apple always doing like that...just improve your technology ...for now all the feature of phone little bit similar ..but its apple just make people hate you...and will be the end of apple era....new era will samsung and android.......Go samsung and technology not just suing others .....like dumm apple...

Sick and Sad of this, looks like Apple is more concerned on defend hist patents than upgrade their own technology.
BUT I see something dark inside this, Samsung and Apple has another unsolved problem very deep. This can be ended bad, I know is good defend your own inventions "AND PATENTS"
But this is more a "cat's fight" than anything else.

if you don't like apple because of it's unfair competition then the biggest thing that we can do is to boycott their products and buy samsung instead. so that apple won't have the money to sue anyone else.

I personally upgraded to the SGS II because of this nonsense (although mainly because of GSM Arena's positive and thorough review). Apple should concentrate on their tech and stop with litigious rubbish. They produce some good products and have moved things forward however this just seems like anti-competitive greed. I await Alexander Graham Bell's beneficiaries suing all mobile manufacturers for patent infringement soon.
