OnePlus 6 puts S845 power behind a notched screen, shoots 4K @ 60fps video

16 May 2018
The 6.28" has a taller 19:9 aspect ratio while the main sensor of the upgraded dual camera is 19% larger than before. And it has OIS.

Should've named it OnePlus 5u (after the 't') because this is pathetic and just a soc & mem upgrade. Small battery, no wireless charging, same screen as oppo/vivo, 1080p, etc...

There's absolutely nothing exciting about this phone.

LG Superfan, 16 May 2018I think price is high S8 cost around same and is betterI own oneplus5t and one of my friends has S8, trust me 5t is better if speed and performance is your preference , but if you want a compact phone with better camera and display s8 it is. Plus 5t has the added potrait mode. Win win

I was really hoping they would surprise us with stereo speakers and Hybrid dual sim but they surprised with something worse: the same God-forsaken battery as the previous model. I like the ability to take 4K videos at 60fps but they dropped the ball on this. Guess I'm waiting for the 6T, Trump to defy America again with ZTE, or the Pixel 3 XL.

I hope its Cameras are good in low-light, if the Google Pixel 3 XL uses the terrible LG P-OLED screens again, i'm definitely going for the OnePlus 6 or Xiaomi Mi7.

The Sony and Samsung 960fps are done with a seperate Dram memory, but I guess next year the Snapdragon 855 will support 960fps xD and all flagships will have it.

Why is every phone manufacturer expect Samsung and Sony put a notch $hit on their phone... I really hate notch :-\

BTW I love this design.. much better if it hasn't a notch
Seems like no new stuff expect processor... One plus should do something at least for the 6T

The launch was unexciting to say the least!
All the promises and nothing to show for it OnePlus! A new chip doesn't make a new phone. Where's the wireless charging, a basic IP rating (even though I don't care for it, it really should be there now considering the price). No innovation in the camera department either, just put OIS in there... When Sony/Samsung are doing Full HD / 720p @ 960 fps, these guys showed off 720p @ 480 fps for 3.75 Secs!

The launch was so boring, the attendees literally had to be goaded to clap.

                                        From GSM,
the glass tends to pick up micro-scratches and abrasions, as did our unit in less than a week of use, including one rather deep gash whose origin remains unknown. And when none of that is happening, the phone is also a giant fingerprint magnet. The ultra-glossy finish of the OnePlus 6 attracts smudges like they are going out of fashion.
