why does apple not grow up ..law suit after law suit ..face it samsung is building better stuff than you..ps if the car makers of the world where as childish as apple what would they sue for i invented the wheel ...

We cannot blame it all on Samsung. Apple cannot expect that only them, are allowed to sell tablets. Because tablets are all generally thin and round edged. This is a joke, even if Samsung do not want to copy Apple, they cannot make a tablet without thin and rounded edges design. What do you expect tablets to be shaped like? I wonder why apple just loves to be selfish.

Samsung is the #1 copyist manufacture in the world, if it wasn't for apple samsung would still offer the most boring and ugliest designs.
Let's be honest with ourselves for a moment, before samsung started copying apple with their first GS, did any of you really even consider a samsung ?! Yes, maybe a few, but still samsung was not even close to how populer they are today.
The fact is samsung was so frustrated for recognition and that's the reason they copied the most popular smartphone back then and today, the apple iphone! And yes they did succeed, however, they lost something more important and valuable which is respect and originality.
Kudos for Htc, SE and Moto you may not be as big as samsung but you are all respectful companies that earned this by hardworking and innovation not copying and stealing.
These are solid facts whether you like them or deny them.

Apple Is SCARED, OVERWHEALMED by Samsung New Tech, Watch helplessly at d sidelines of how Samsung Grows Superiorly over apple, Release new devices WEEKLY unlike apple which is every 1 YEAR..... and d only way Apple can stop Samsung is by Dragging dem down wit dem which is already Impossible....

Only the Amoleds are samsung's innovation, but not on the mobile sector,,,, it is their television sectors who made that....that is why if I buy a TV, it would always be samsung.....
If you must, you should give credit to Google for creating android... and Qualcomm for Snapdragon processors... but not the company who assembled them mindlessly....

what apple has done is "Patented" it.... LG did not patent it... so they cannot charge...
But the thing is, if someone has patented it, then why on earth will you copy that???????
SE has not done, Nokia has not done, HTC has not done, so why Samsung.... the reason is they cannot innovate.... thats it...

Well, I don't want Samsung disappear, in fact they just motivated all other manufacturers to update their specs.
Samsung innovate at the max the phone industry making the most fast and coolest hardware around.
The problem for Samsung was not making their own style, their own personality.
But sincerely if they don't exist maybe we still using single cored, sub 1 GHz phones. Without AMOLED and other nice things from Samsung.
