First update for OnePlus 6 enables slow-mo videos, hides the notch

The 480fps at 720p and 240fps at 1080p video modes were announced but not available out of the box - this update fixes that.

i like one plus 6 60 second 480fps slow-mo more compare to 960 fps 6 second burst mode. difference is there but oneplus 6 slow-mo is more useful.
