It simply points out that a products marketing and brand recognition are better. The "apple logo" is responsible for it's sales...period. You keep going on and on about paper specs everytime you post something. This is nothing more than an excuse. If Iphone had these specs you'd write 3 pages bragging about them. Do you honestly think that people who own phones with high specs don't use HD cameras, don't use expanded SD card memory, don't use hdmi to watch movies, don't use the processing speed to watch those moves. Move one from the "paper specs" argument. If you had them, you'd love them. But you don't...so they are paper.

AnonD-1825, 13 Sep 2011Why it need to beat SG2 specs? if you have s2 can you reall... moreI respectfully disagree. I exchanged my iPhone 3GS for a Galaxy S2 and I am making use of everything I can. Radio, camera, full HD video, processing power for the games, HSDPA, Flash in the browser (which I found out that it DOES make a difference), WiFi routing, and may other features are now in my daily list of things to use. Of course, there are still things I could not use, but in general the features of the S2 phone are very nice.
I am not saying that the iPhone is bad and the S2 is the best - I keep my distance from that discussion and consider both platforms (iOS and Android) when making my purchases. I just think that, for what we know of the iPhone 5, it will be close to the S2 and the latter was cheaper for me and I am already able to use those features. Just made more sense in terms of money to me.
BTW, I still have my 3GS and I do not intend to stop using Apple products. If the iPhone 5 is really a monster phone when compared to the S2, I will sell the S2 and the 3GS and get the iPhone 5. For now, I'm enjoying the very good specs of the S2.

This had better be good, Apple. ...and I'm not just talking squares on a screen. I want an OS that does more than just open/close apps. I want some widgets & bling & a 4" screen. It's easy to be smooth when all you do is have squares on a screen. Make an effort, Apple.
