If Apple was a carbrand, it was Mercedes-Benz. Always to late with innovation but because of their hype and fanbase they manage to be "just in time."
triple camera was there in Samsung A7, A9 (even four), Huawei, LG.
Just like the screensize thing went. Samsung/HTC launched to many models with an +-5 inch screen. Then every other brand went into it. 2 years after "just in time" Apple came with an bigger iPhone 6 and 6+.
Just like Mercedes-Benz. Always to late but just in time because their name, fanbase and hype.

Few weeks or months ago i dont know the whole story one of his employee and managers part away to run own bussiness and thus created a first competitor.
Shall the Motorola send to the courts other companies for stealing their project?
Maybe yes maybe no. Everybody copy everybody.
All companies are inovative and bringing own ideas some less some more.
In this case Samsung is best due to highest earning per every annum.
But despite they try the most they sell for so high price that their revenue is really high thats true but if they use xiaomi strategy to sell cheap they should earn even much more.
Money rules the world and who have them is someone. Rest of the people just whinning on others rich ones.
What i am trying to say: Money are SIN and wont solve anything. Just make the differences big between the people and way they are able to think.
Put people greed will never persist.

Apple brought many new, innovative features to their smartphone lineup and you can see the same or similar features implemented into other brands too. For example, Siri was the first (somewhat) reliable voice assistant feature we saw on a phone and since then we´ve seen a few iterations implemented onto other devices also.
That being said, it doesn´t mean that Apple is exempt from reimplementing and innovating alreadys seen features on other smartphones either. If you ask me you could argue that all smartphone companies are guilty of committing this ´treacherous´ act, yet I´d say it´s normal to see this kind of activity in any industry. It´s what encourages innovation in the first place and is a key driver for competition, which as consumers is something we all want - not just one company holding all the patents and new technologies.

I have not used dual camera from apple yet, now triple camera. Looks like after few years the back of a phone will be only camera lenses - a lot of lenses :-)
I am using note 8 with dual camera. It does a decent job(with sammy lags) and I am planning to upgrade in this fashion 1,2,4,8, 16 etc. Looks like I have to wait for couple of years

Also HTC should bite some money for stealing 3D camera project.
Apple is too lazy to bring own ideas they rather copy everything else and present it as its own.

I already know about the HTC EVO 3D and LG Optimus 3D, and I have used them, and they pretty much sucked. The technology wasn't available at the time (storage, memory, processor, software, camera, and lens). So the whole thing flopped, just like 3D BluRay.
So if Apple successfully implements it, you don't think the others will "copy" Apple in this decision? I mean the iPhone X notch is a stupid idea and killing off the 3.5mm aux port jack is too. Yet, we have swarms of OEMs doing just that. That doesn't mean Apple was the first with a notch, or the first to axe the headphone jack. It does mean though the OEMs are copying Apple in that regard.
Besides, its not about who does it first... its about who does it well, and brings it mainstream. You can say the same thing about Tesla. They are synonymous with Electric Cars. Were they the first electric cars? No. But they were the first with an electric car that was done well. And if Tesla manages to pump out >5,000 weekly and honour the 500,000+ preorders and have them on the road before the end of 2020... well, they would've succeeded.

DON'T buy anything with a notch!
This will scratch off the list all china replika wannabe brands.
You're left with Samsung (Korean), Sony (Japanese), HTC(Taiwanese). Pick your favorite.
The Pixels are OK but I'm not a fan because they lack the SD card slot..
Just make sure you choose a high-end flagships, not a mid-range phone and then judge the whole Android os based on one cheap phone.
