    What ridiculous things to say.
The game scene might not be crazy and everyone might not need it all. But they don't need everything on all phones anyway.
And why you so upset that it looks cool????

Oh God. It actually looks cool and different compared to endless glass slabs. It has 4000mah battery, headset jack, vapor chamber for cooling, the latest CPU clocked up, cool lights, 8gb of ram, lots of storage, and a beautiful display.
    How dare they!!!

now thats what i call a f*cking proper gorgeous gaming phone.
its all about what the mobile gamer want in their hand.period.no comma.no semicolon.

Kiyasuriin, 04 Jun 2018Need this babe in my hands!!! I need a wacom pen support an... moreOh dear.
If you've not yet download the SAOIF game, go download it now and play. And imagine play that game on this phone with that controller as well the fan accessories. It is absolutely perfect.

The fact that ASUS...basically released a device with zero compromise (OLED, headphone jack, no notch) is somewhat annoying to me and shows me OEMs can do whatever they want with design and features. They choose not to. Also has front-firing speakers.

First of all, For just gaming matter:

Snapdragon 805 in my Galaxy S5 Plus (G901F) still runs every games available in play store seamlessly.
So, SD845 which in my view is the SD805 of our time, will end its life when the ROG Phone wears out.

Gaming is differ from fashion slavery. I have almost all worldwide available game consoles and their games are available. I never compare TXR2 from DC to TXR Zero in PS2. Why? Because games are not swappable, they need improvements.

A Gaming phone like ROG Phone will last at least for 5 years from 2019 which means the handset itself is its future. Accessories here are options for different gamers. When you compare Gaming with everyday task doers like Moto MODs, you compare an exotic car to a mass produced sedan.

If I want to change my gaming phone every year, I must complain Microsoft and Sony as their gaming machines (Consoles) are not up to date by the article's author criteria.

            Second, The handset itself:

A regular conventional gamer (Not AR/VR, 3D, Gesture gamers) need 5.7"+, 80+Hz, HDR, FHD+ display, Massive Battery with fast charging, Speedy SoC, Huge amount of internal, proper amount and speed of RAM, Latest Wi-Fi standard to interact wirelessly, classic gaming pads to play almost all titles the way they are, not to adopt touch for them, Hi-Fi ear/headphone support, adequately good camera for video sharing.

All of them are in ROG Phone. There is one important point, Price Tag!
If logical, the first true gaming phone is born.
If not, A 4K 50" TV + Xbox One X + 4 4K@60fps titles are more logical to exchange your money than a gaming phone which in this stage, pretends to be the console with rare full fledged console titles there.

Now this ladies and gentlemen, is a gaming phone done RIGHT! Bravo Asus. Just about comes with everything I need in a phone.

Absolutely love the design. Striking. Typically ROG.

Holy shizen. This is a bold and daring looking handset.
I wonder why few complain about the looks when it's orientated for gaming and if I look at gaming rigs they tend to try and be alien/new world tech looking.

Thumbs up to this one especially with the accessories. Well done Asus

This will be my next device, looks awesome, high end specs. I don't care how much the rog gaming costs. This is a new era of mobile gaming.

                      My respect to Asus...

Great thing about gaming phones is unique design at first glance. Also being lag-less from video to audio. Jack with 24bit audio is welcome - feels like premium feature now.

The accesories are really interesting. The only flaw as usual, worse cameras than the Zenfone 5/5z but is a game oriented phone.... each one can decide what prefer, better photos or better accesories for play. Here are some different angles of them, including the two displays:

One hell of a mobile in the recent many years! Darring look, clearly top of the line specs, apparently high performing device with loads of features with interesting accessories! With limited options, lots of innovations have been done. Clearly targetted for gamers but some of the stuff could be interesting for non-gamers like me for example, Dock!

Very exciting one though I may not buy this for couple of years until my Note 8 and S9 + runs out of juice!

There is PSP Emulator with ISO files to play.. this should run those game quiet nice.. if Sony create phone like that with PS1 and PSP/Vita games it should be awsome... i actually think this phone is awsome with a lot of good qualities..

1st thing I thought after looking the phone's desing was "it's great!". 2nd thing, maybe after the launch of Windows on ARM this phone can be modified to run Windows and play Windows' games on it, of course games that require low specs but still
