I think this phone needs a heat sink and a exhaust fan. Samsung S II is a having a heating issue depending on the application your using.
And in this case if you buy this phone, mostly you would maximize its capability since this is the design of the phone. If S II already have a heating issue what more for a quad core. Just giving an insight, nothing against Samsung.

Trust samsung to be the ones to take things way too far. This just shows how stupid they really are. First of all this is a MOBILE phone and not a Pc. There's no need to put such high specs on it, if so then it's no longer a mobile device. This will not change anything i swear. People will still buy iphones or nokias etc

clearly other manufacturers can have the same idea, but it's just crazy too much of an idea damn it. There is a fine line between Pc's and Mobile phones and samsung just crossed it. This shows their brains are the size of a peanut... In life being desperate will get you nothing... (((And stop stealing ideas and designs from apple ughr)))

ed, 17 Sep 20112ghz quad core impossible, this is a professional pcNo, it's not since Qualcomm already announced that they will start producing 2.5 GHz quad-core chips at the end of 2011 and should be already in the hands of consumers early 2012.

Seems, from the specs, that the Galaxy S III could very well be a tablet rather than a phone - a 4:3 phone would be ridiculous.

GALAXY S111 should be designed to come out exactly by matching the Galaxy note diamention and sizes. instead of 4.6 screen size it should be 5.3 or 5.4. waiting samsung to meet suggested desighn and size criteria.

2 GhZ quad core as said earlier is A Home Pc strngth. And there arent even enough apps that utilizes dual core. Camera of 10 MP are odd on a phone and so is the aspect ratio! Hope if this is tru, we will have playstation 3 Type gaphics Game:-)

Why would you need all that in a smartphone? I wonder what could one do on a 2Ghz Quad-core 'pocket-sized' platform that a simple Dual-core would not be sufficient for? Amazing bullocks.
