HTC typically gain and lose customers very fast.

Most of them think they got a good deal, and YES in fact, its a good deal at the beginning. But thats deceiving.

Then they PAY for the suffering for the next 2 ~ 3 years or even more.. depending on their change habits.

In the end, they becomes haters of HTC.. but new buyers STILL do not know.. and constantly believe its just paid Hate MOB of other companies.

My HTC U11 is great., 06 Jun 2018U12+ is enticing, but I'm a phone every 2-3 years guy. Not ... moreThat is precisely how manufacturers should have transitioned, have the usonic usb earphones + headphone jack. LG got this one nearly right, just neglected to include the usb earphones. In 2 years, everyone is used to USB earphones, and barely uses the jack. Pit a frog in cool water, and heat the water.

I think they pitch the phone price too high where there are a lot of cheaper phones out there.

Yaa becos cheap phones flooding down the market right now...

Anonymous, 06 Jun 2018made a mistake of buying HTC U11. people complain samsu... morei share your disappointment. Failing to deliver regular security updates only 6 months after launch (or 4 months after becoming really available in my region) is absolutely miserable regarding software support for a flagship device.

I really enjoyed my solar red U11 but this lack of customer service for a flagship is unacceptable.

The U11 was my last device from them and considering the sharp drop in sales, these are not isolated cases but there are many frustrated HTC users having switched to other brands.

And as HTC does absolutely nothing to learn from previous mistakes and regain customer trust, i lost all hope for them. I fear, it's too late now for a comeback and the bitter end is near especially after so many employees moved over to Google.

if htc does look here, they would have known what people are saying what they want, htc is somewhere tied between google and apple , where they have stopped taking the kind of innovation they were doing till htc 10, the liquid surface design colours, and active noise canceling the only two things that is somewhat exciting, in the times where companies like oppo vivo are coming up with exciting launches, in the age of no bezel amoleds , these guys are still playing with lcds , which is nowhere near the oled panels and its a fact, big bezels up and down , no super slo mo, no headphone jack, if anyone in htc have this simple question why aren't we selling , what are the customers saying they may come to this page and know what happened, plus the price range is as good as a s9 plus, which after all discounts retails at around 56000 rupees, which by samsung scale is cheap, but htc also needs to work on there price , i wont say going one plus range , but at least be competitive, i have never written such a huge comment before, but being an htc 10 fan myself and a user , i was super excited about htc u 12+ , but sorry to say its a boring phone , with nice colours thats it, making phones transparent isint creativity

I think they having issues with how many people can actually buy their phones....i think their pricing is fair.....just that if you don't allow as much people as possible buy your phones via installment payments then you must lose money ....no how you avoid that as a company ....let more people have your phones anyhow...phones quickly lose value with time

I'm not surprised one bit, HTC knowingly releases defected phones. Have a look at the HTC M10 EVO that's being repacked and sold with the defective SD810 today. Even a mid range SD620 would be better for the consumer.
