Samsung you legends. Apple has no hope, them suing other companies is just their feeble attempt to hold top spot. They are basically saying WERE F**KED. They know that soon they will not be able 2 compete with the sheer number of phones running android. Its only a matter of time. Good on ya Goooooooogle

I know that there is much more going on that even the media are privy too. It's possible that even employees at both companies are not entitled to the truth about the ongoing battle while the execs play their game. Both companies offer the latest in cutting edge technology and it's the customer that benefits from all their wonderful toys. And yes, the ownership of ones ideas is very important, but when is enough, enough? First the ban in Germany, now a ban in Korea? These companies have forgotten the customer entirely. Just my opinion.

Thats what happens when you try to crush competition. Apple thinks their products are superior,but when the consumer shows them they're wrong by buying other brands Apple sues that company. Just Deserts I say!

I sue you, you sue me. It would be just easy if Apple wins its lawsuit, settle out of court for USD1 billion. Then Samsung wins and settles out of court for USD1 billion... End of story.

Unlucky apple samsung strike back and win hopefully, galaxy s owner :-), but all this will make the anouncement of new phones more like fights to get them realesed so this will slow down the rapid growth we see.
Technology will allways be advancing but the realese dates will slow down with more prototypes to increase their patent list to make it more hrd for other manufactures i think its bullsh*t !!!
