iOS 11.4 users reporting rapid battery drain post update

yeah..! that when I update to 11.4. 100% battery in a 10-20minutes 50% of battery drain.!

how typical and apple is still number 2 in sales.
I wonder why.
They cant mind own bussines just fine other companies like samung or xiamo for Mi Pad.
But when comes to quality and support they always make some basic fails.

I just upgrade to 11.4 yesterday to realize they completely screwed us with this battery problem. Now I cant downgrade. People should sue apple in a class action lawsuit for not allowing us to at least downgrade back to what we were previously on. Especially since they know there is a bug, why do we need to sit and wait for a damn update, when its literally them stopping us from downgrading. It's a flip of a switch to allow us to downgrade. Really hate apple these days. Next device will be a android.

Yer there the updates we need

I just updated this morning and my iPad has slowed down dramatically. Every app takes forever to open. This is the kind of stuff you get from Microsoft! Please fix this.

It is well-known that Android h... moreThat nonsense .My friend has always had I phone and my Samsung out does his phone for battery life hands down so your talking crap use a Samsung side by side ,My samung is nearly 3 years old and battery is still better than a 1 year old iphone .YOU JUST DONT HAVE THE BRAIN POWER TO USE A SAMSUNG OR ANDROID .

Why are you so defensive? Both of the most popular mobile OSes out there are now facing battery management issues. And it's a fact that iOS battery management is getting from bad to worse over the iterations.

Not only is my battery being drained -but everything is incredibly delayed and very slow, and often apps just freeze up - due for an upgrade and seriously think it's time for a move to another phone, as apple is just taking the p#$% out of the consumer!!!!

I also had the same problem with the battery, but I still have to go back to 11.3.1 and now everything is fine :)

Even i am facing same sort of issue with my Iphone X after installing ios 11.4.
I have charged my phone to 100% to check the stability of the battery the result i got is average compared to previous ios update. As per my experiance this new update ios 11.4 last less 2 hours compared to previous update.
conclusion: Iphone X loads little faster like app launch and closing app but drains more quickly as per my experience.
