The back of the phone looks good. It also seems easier to hold the phone. For the next years phone the chin needs to be removed. Also hopefully keeping this screen size, some smaller screen sizes are available too.

But today i... moreI never said these tactics were exclusive to the Chinese companies alone, just that they are commonplace among them. To be fair, Lenovo brought it upon themselves by lying & misleading to build-up hype, teasing aspects & features that weren't even planned. Backlash was inevitable considering they promised what was never meant to be there, and took prospective customers for a ride. Otherwise, no one would've complained about a mid-range phone not being almost bezel-less. Vivo on the other hand explicitly promised only a notch-less display, which they delivered. Misleading renders were commonplace before Lenovo Z5, but it's new for a well-known company's whole marketing campaign to turn out to be a farce. Also, one wouldn't expect such a blatant lie coming from the C.E.O himself.

Too high StB seems makes phone weaker, if get dropped is not only get cracked screen but on internal LCD while loss the display quality more. More over, did Motorized camera can survive it?

lol and in what space will you put that camera? you need a section bigger than that bottom chin to have space for a camera module and you saying to centre the screen/ equivalent of half of the chin is at the top?
also... wouldnt that basically make it an s9 copy?

I guess I'm part of the minority that doesn't like bezel-less phones; I much prefer the looks of my Xperia XZ Premium compared to this one.

I was all set to embrace the Snapdragon 710 SoC ... until I read on phonearena.com that a (slightly) superior Snapdragon 730 is to be released. I then recalled that in the chipset biz, something faster, better, and/or more, will always be on the horizon.
In any case, I wish Vivo the best of luck with this model. Cheers.

Wala! What does it get you? A good looking phone.. but of course you will look like Samsung galaxy S series.. a normal FUNCTIONAL phone.
If you want popup camera, and claim as a "FULL screen phone".. LOOSE THE CHIN !!
