Two major os updates(Nougat and now Oreo)to mid range Honor 6x.Well done Huawei,hope you continue to follow this in the future as well.Waiting eagerly for oreo to arrive on my 6X

Are you just jealous of how Huawei recent phones keep getting fast updates. P7 actually did get updated from Kitkat to Lollipop. Just to be clear back in 2014 you dont have much of a choice other than Ascend P7 you might had alternatively bought Galaxy S5, HTC One M8, and Sony Xperia Z2. If you bought any of those the best update you get is just until Marshmallow. So, dont complain about worse update. Unless you had bought iphone 6 back then which Apple will eventually bricked with updates anyway. Nice to see you discovered Xiaomi.

Huawei has the worst software updating ever. Had Ascend P7, their flagship at the time and I got ZERO updates. I had to mock with the damn thing and manually flash it through a stupid process. Terrible. Phone was excellent as such, but software support was garbage. I now have Xiaomi and it's the exact opposite of Huawei. Great hardware AND software.
