Anonymous, 02 Aug 2014Microsoft is getting a bit greedy what gives them the power... moresamsung is a good smartphone but do pologized to say NOKIA is the most top and legendary phone the who start smartphone build with gorillas glass was nokia start nokia lumia 900 which is samsung and apple release already phone but not yet gorillas they try to drop the phone and it shattered even i phone. now they use already gorillas glass both company and the rest.. one thing also before the apple use the 3d NOKIA was already plane and publish regarding the 3D glass, but since the Microsoft acquired or absorb nokia lumia's phone they didn't happen to lunch .. but for all the time NOKIA is the best smartphone ever..
they start the glass, camera iconic, battery removable,wifi charges, stabilization of camera,,etc including the new NOKIA C1 with zluncher cool..

Microsoft is a software company and as such should not have a single patent, yet they are able to extort "protection money" our of even Samsung.
As a software developer: software patents are sick. Even patenting ideas is sick. You used to have to patent inventions, now you can patent all kinds of cr@p and can sit back, waiting until someone threads on your territory. Monopoly to the benefit of noone!

If this cross-licensing patent deal had not been reached, we would be seeing Microsoft and Samsung battling it out in the courts, suing each other's asses off (something like that).
But Microsoft has a strong case. HTC settled it out, and Samsung followed.

I dont understand the picture. Its a business deal, not a law suit against each other. Then why the picture says Microsoft Vs Samsung.
GSM Arena will shout to the world if Apple made a deal with any other company.

Another one starts paying - Microsoft has a very strong case if partie's like Samsung/HTC and others start paying for using Android...
If not they would stall and await first verdict to see if they would be able to get away with it.
I think this means that Microsoft is correct and there are patent issue's in Android that infringe Microsoft copyright...

anyway.
u only know 2 things , first one is rectangular shape and second one is flash. u know nothing more than that.
multi touch patent is granted for apple and also the design of iPad also granted to apple. design doesn't mean just outside. perhaps some illiterates may only see looks and speak such things. samsung galaxy tab even copied 30 pin USB conencter of iPad.
funny thing is samsung even copied the price of tablet. perhaps they gave little bit better cameras but still everything looks same including packaging. even images of phones on packaging looks exactly like iPad's packaging. even connecter looks same like iPad/iPhone connecter. samsung changed colour thats all from white to black.
