(And YESS!!! swapped to Snapdragon S9. it feels better. for a laughable price of 20$ (resell of 730, so I just added 20) I am practically synced with US's unlocked cycle. (SM-G960U. 845/4/128 Is my configuration)

Yes, we all can agree S9 series and Note 9 not impressive. They doing well at chips division though. Lets not forget our snapdragon manufacturer is Samsung.

There no longer exist any "good value for money" phone made by Samsung! For every phone made by Samsung there exist many better and far less expensive alternatives!

Age old processor? It has the latest processors in the flagships, though the midrange does have a 2 year old processor. Bad build quality? It's actually very good build quality because it has two sheets of glass with durable aluminum in the Middle like most of the phones on the market.

Might be, but thing will change when note 9 and s10 are released.
Not a big fan of Samsung's philosophy, but their flagships have some of the best features.
