Ergonomically Side mounted is best option. Next best is back of phone.
Under screen is just a gimmick to prove the innovation and an excuse of increasing the screen landscape.

Ergonomically edge to edge screen is equally not good.

    In display is the future it will evolve and get better

      Side mounted is the best.
