      Here where i live appl, asus, and samsg have the best services. Even china phones like huawei and xiaomi have good services.
      Fyi xiaomi supports my country very well.
      Even local brand made by my country have good service.
      I can find Many phone brands here.
      And among all of those brands, sony is the only one with very bad service.

Playing games, scrolling through my picture folders, play music, watch youtube, watch downloaded movies and videos, almost every heavy smartphone user would do.
          And I tell you. Snapdragon 810 was a poorly designed processor from qualcomm because it tends to overheat a lot. It is a common problem for any SD 810 powered smartphones to encounter overheating errors on xperia device. Back camera sensor already stopped working because of the heat coming from the processor, 3.5mm jack malfunction most of the time, the back of the unit tends to heat up much faster when using apps. Even if that app is 'Let's create Pottery'. And did you know that game doesn't require an intense processing power to run.
          So even this year. Many people will skip in buying this device because of the location where the camera and the fingerprint scanner sits. If both of them broke. How much is the repair of the unit? Even the Dynamic Vibration System that was design by sony isn't needed by anyone. Especially for the fact that most users disable vibrations on their phone as it consumes more battery while playing an audio, watching movies or playing games.

            Why don't I use my waterproof feature on my smartphone? I'm already bringing it whenever I go to the C.R. And I always drop my phone on a bucketfull or a drumfull of water. After getting it out. Just wipe the excess water. And I'm good to go. Otherwise, I fully submerge it on a bowl full of rice to remove the water.
            I'm using a cleaning kit because its a standard cleaning tool for a smartphone device. You may have used Soap and water to clean your device. But what you're doing isn't according to the rules of cleaning a smartphone. Tell me, did sony instructed you to clean your phone using running water and soap?

I f... moreAt first was my Xperia ZL, then followed by Xperia Z2, and then Z5 premium dual. The only phone that I did encounter with lots of problems is the Z5 premium dual because the processor is overheating too much whenever I do something that isn't gaming wise except for music player.
                      Since I have problems with my local service provider. My dad told me to own 2 phones. Now my daily driver is the Iphone 7 plus, and the note 8. This years sony didn't please me at all.

I found a lot fans just praising any things goodness with different brand as a compounded opinions, but they're shy to admit each of it weaknesses. For me I already admit my Xperia Z2 have heat more at my pass comments, at least my Z2 is very durable and smooth for my usage, I don't facing lag like my previous Samsung flagship. For the heat more issue is because my Z2 is old Snapdragon processor and most of the flagships also have heating problems during that time, Sony has big improve on XZ due to heat dissipation design and new Snapdragon less heat than older one.
                              AR is not for me, I prefer Predictive Capture because it help save some missed moments. I love my Z2 the audio quality is superb, I listening music and Web surfing, playing game with attached earphone audio quality is superb! and better than Marrantz (perhaps the home theater system is open environment).

                                      You think your phone performs better? I can also do the same thing on my phone but with more features than your Z2. Things like Install premium apps, have a powercase on the go which allows me to play games much longer, I can play AR games with perfect location accuracy, my phone won't get overheated while playing games, I can place a lot of my favorite movies on my phone without any worries of having a memory card full, I can see better at night because my flash is much brighter, I don't even have problems with my phones security because its tighter, I can charge my phone on the dock without any worries of where to place it while charging, and even more!

While your using a soap to clean your device. I myself have my very own cleaning kit. And Unlike yours. I ain't using fatty acids to clean my device.
                                        And just like yours I'm able to play games BUT with enhanced API. Making games appear better in quality thanks to METAL. And also I have a ihome speaker that allows me to charge and play my audio files very LOUD.
                                        So if I want to charge my device Overnight. I don't even think of the problem where to charge and place my phone since ihome speaker does it all. How's yours?
