Samsung postpones Oreo update for 8 Galaxy phones until December

Galaxy A, Galaxy C, Galaxy J and Galaxy On phones from the last three years are on waiting list.

    Andriod 8.0 with Samsung UI-9.0 Experience update is already available for Samsung A9-Pro.

            In answer to your question (& from my memory), yes you should have it now, it was released before the A6 (2018) update.
            For further details go back to the main article & scroll down, click on Via to get to the SamMobile website, click on Firmware updates & enter your A8 model details & it will show you a list of countries with release dates.

              What remains to be seen is whether all variants will be contemplated, or whether some will simply be ignored (as has already happened with other Samsung devices).

                  Haha, it always makes me laugh when haters go out of their way to bash a different make, they can't be happy with their own device.
                  I was expecting the Samsung haters to be from Apple, but no, they're from Nokia.
                  Ok, show me a Nokia flagship phone that is better than a Samsung flagship .....

                                      Want oreo for galaxy s6,s6 edge & s6 edge+

                                        Happy to see that my Samsung A9 pro 2016 may get Android 8.0. My kind request to Samsung : Please upgrade the Samsung Note 4 also to 8.0. If not atleast upgrade to 7.0.
