You mean just like having first ever or 1,2,3,5,8, 12,16,24 or 40 mp cameras front or back, like having 1 to 4ghz and 1 to 10 core cpus, suppor HD graphics, less than 1gb or up to 8gb/10gb of ram, zero to multiple apps at once, 2gb to 512gb of storage plus no SD slot or up to 2tb expandable, less than 1ghz single or up to 4ghz 4/8/10 core cpu is just an option?????
HD anything Was not an option when Samsung started it. Recording or playback which were both a first on the omnia HD.

And even though all companies copy or go with the mainstream to some extent....like cars, tvs, and other devices... And the fact that Samsung starts, brings, and upgrades so many thing things.....
Its just them being as big a copy cat as Apple... Even though nearly every phone uses some form of tech or feature they made or started... Like the ability to play and record in HD format, having cameras on mobiles or most updates in them until after the 12mp area....or things like phase detection or dual pixel.... Or their memory... My point was that apple dont lead in nothinking apart from using as many components from different supplyer.. personally the oled display of lg wont be as good as the samsung.. but apple are gready.. and probs got a better deal.. so the next iphone will cost more and have a worse screen.. also they arent using qualcomm chips and intel which is worse.. so best bet is to wait for the iphone x to drop and buy it as imo it will have better conponents.

And for the rest...Huawei never used so won't talk about them, seems like they're doing good products. I love Xiaomi but for now since Mi5 I will take a break from them, they make good machines for half the money but within time the machine gets slower and slower...and photo wise they aren't the best. And Sony used to be my kind of brand...but Idk man, seems like every product they make they are way behind the competition when they have to potential to be ahead. It's unthinkable the leader of camera sensors not know how to use them. How come they never have the best camera? How come is always Samsung and Apple? And they use their sensors...man i can't get it! They have to stop manufactering so many models, take a break as long as it takes and design the best model possible.
