I still believe this technology is valuable as a proof of concept but the designs which will be offered doesn't worth at all. In my opinion this could help to start mass production of devices which can outstand bending, but this goes in parallel with flexible batteries. In the end foldable phones will finish same way as 3d TVs, but the technology will help for producing durable phones with normal look.

I want LG to make G Flex 3. It's basically more successful than the Galaxy Round. Why did they stop it? Self healing plastics are getting cheaper and better plus their P-OLEDs can flex whenever it likes so it's a wombo combo there.

Ah ah ah...2000 dollars for a phone just because you can fold it....for that price i get the best laptop or TV available...crazy
