Neither did I use it for any monetary gains. It's like you're calling a person a "pirate" for saying iPhone X lacks Headphone jack XD
    Facts are facts, grow up.

I get that you are a fan of this phone or the brand, but this phone has a lot going against it than with it. It falls short as the successor to the Mi A1, which was one of the best (if not the best) mid range phone of it's time.

AhmedShaikh, 08 Aug 2018So basically, you’re saying that you should ignore reviews,... moreyou take all the reviewer cons and ranting about it in the forum? only hater does that. I don't see a single reviewer said this phone is not worth buying. but here you are acting almighty because you watch "video review"

AhmedShaikh, 08 Aug 2018So basically, you’re saying that you should ignore reviews,... morei m saying why u copied others opinion if u copied then mention his or her name .what u doing its piracy.u just telling others word in ur comment.

sarkar the govt, 07 Aug 2018without using just copying from other and talking like proSo basically, you’re saying that you should ignore reviews, because you didn’t use the phone yourself. Reviewer opinions are pointless. Noted.

Anonymous, 07 Aug 2018Your lower back is quite a source for all kinds of information.I just wrote these issues so that if someone reads my comment they might benefit from it.
DonÂ’t get lost following Xiaomi like a sheep. You have to acknowledge the issues (even if theyÂ’re software based).

sarkar the govt, 07 Aug 2018copying ranjit faqDoes it make all the problems with this phone go away? No.
Besides, not everyone watches ranjit and it’s better if someone benefits from this info. Mi A2 is a subpar phone and that’s a fact.

Anonymous, 07 Aug 2018Tell your asus and honor to give SD660 ProcessorYou know that the Kirin 970 is like, way WAY AHEAD of the SD 660, right?
You know, maybe because a 2017 flagship chip is more often than not, better than a 2017 mid range chip.
The chip on the Honor Play alone makes it like, at least 8-10k more valuable than the A2. Add to that, bigger battery, quick charger, headphone jack, micro sd slot, way fewer bugs and the Honor Play is leaps ahead of the A2, while just costing 15% more.

Very low battery compared to screen
                      No expandable storange
                      No headphone jack
I no buy, Honor Play better phone

No headphone jack, no notch (big bezels ) , smaller battery and no micro SD .
Outdated processor . SD660 is outdated as SD710 is latest trend.

Anonymous, 07 Aug 2018Tell your asus and honor to give SD660 ProcessorBut you get Kirin 970, Bigger Battery, Better Display (FHD+), 3.5 mm jack, Fast charger in the box, Better design (personal preference) for just 2.5k more in Honor Play.
Even if Nokia launches X6 at 18k - 19k this month, that is better value for money in my opinion. Though it has similar battery capacity you don't have to spend extra bucks on quick charger and it has better design. I'm waiting for it to be launched.
At least you don't have to wait every week for flash sales.

Droidtard, 07 Aug 2018But Nokia 7 is more expensiveBut more reliable.

It's even cheaper than Vietnam. Jesus Christ!

People arguing that the newly released Honor Play seem to forget that Huawei/Honor does not support their devices as much as Android One OEMs do. People buy Android One for the promise of guaranteed updates (albeit slower than Pixel Devices). Supporting a device for at least a couple of years costs money - when you buy an Android One or a Pixel device, you pay for the privilege of having a device that will receive updates. On another hand, Xiaomi's only chance of making an excellent Android One device is by making an Android One version of the recently released Mi Max 3 - Huge Battery, Good Cameras, USB-C, expandable storage and a headphone jack would indeed make a killer Android One phone.

The only thing going for this device over Honor Play is Stock android (which I personally don't prefer, but people do consider it a plus) and slightly better camera.
Otherwise, Honor Play kills it, while costing a mere 2.5k more. Xiaomi is losing the game this year, but this was ought to happen. They cannot survive on paper thin margins for long. Now when they did try to squeeze in some extra profit, Asus and Honor caught Xiaomi in it's own game.
This is seriously over priced, if we compare it with competetion. Would be interesting to see how or if Xioami will price it's future products aggressively again.
