That could be the thing that confirms the new IMX586 in this phone, as the new sensor is bigger at 1/2 inch versus 1/2.3 inch for the IMX400.

Why are things aren't looking good? You don't know anything about this device. It could as well be a phone with 5.7-5.8' oled, not too different from S9. Why all this negativity?

I think smaller battery good for the phone health..
Apple follows the same tradition here..
But apple got superb software optimization..
But android lacks battery and sofware tuning for that specialy in sony custome ui.
Google framework is main reason here..
Hopefully google will solve that in the future..

Imagine if sony puts 4,000 mAh on their mobile. Sony are known to have great batter life with small battery pack. Why can't sony put every ace they have on a phone?! I'm a sony fan but i always feel like sony is holding or limiting their mobile specs and give it a premium price.

What fans don't tell you is that Sony has disabled features like double tap to wake and night light ask any XZP owner.
Speaking of bloatware.. Sony has the maximum bloatware, I've got the XZ Premium and let me list a few :
Track ID (had to uninstall it)
Sony LIV (can't be uninstalled)
Movie creator (can't be uninstalled)
Modern combat 5 (can't be uninstalled)
Midnight pool (can't be uninstalled)
AVG protection (can't be uninstalled)
Asphalt nitro (can't be uninstalled)
Facebook (can't be uninstalled)
And they lie about less bloatware.
