LG Mobile
+ They have dared to be diffrent over the years and have a back catalogue to be (mostly) proud of. Their ultra wide camera is the killer feature at the moment and definatly worth buying an LG for.

- They are terrible at marketing and are so slow in new releases especially their flagship phones to some countries across the globe.

LG stopped innovating after the V20. The V20 was the best it had which offered a bit of something for everybody: from removable batteries for marathon users who don't want to be tethered to the charger, to hi quality audio playback and recording for audio enthusiasts, a dual camera with full manual controls in photo and video capture for mobile photography buffs and video buffs, a dual sim and a dedicated sd card slot for the multi network carrier and high storage capacity enthusiast, a learning remote (IR blaster) for the master remote fans, a usb C to hdmi 4k slimport support for the movie lover, drop resistance for rugged users, FM radio and headphone jack for the local radio broadcast fan and music lover, a second screen for those who love a ticker type 'name or greeting of the month' or app shortcut bar always on top, and even a hidden SSID option for those who want to share their phone's data to their other devices without anyone seeing the hotspot. LG disappointed V20 users by giving Oreo and software updates too late, released defective V20 units (not all units) with sreen retention problem, and crippled the V20's successors by removing features (ir blaster, dedicated sd card slot, etc.) leaving its fans going elsewhere for the feature they wanted if they upgraded. I believe unless LG releases a true V20 successor which has the same a little bit of everything for everybody, its eventual demise is an inevitably, much like where HTC and Sony is now in market share.

LG is good value for money unlike Sammy n crapple

I have been using the LGV20, for like a year now, no issues except no updates and average battery life. The screen is beautiful and its a eye catcher when people see you holding a beautiful phone with a striking camera placement which is not a samsung or an iPhone. Again the screen is gorgeous with amazing audio quality, the wide screen camera is sweet and so is the 60fps FHD recording. The lack of updates might make me move to another brand.

Anyone can answer the multi-million dollar question for LG if they would even have the decency to ask OUR (the customers) opinion let alone hear it..

LG Superfan, 12 Aug 2018They used to spend on R&D not anymore their innovation ... moreLG is first to implement 2:1 screen in G6 and the maker of OLED screens also supplied to Apple's iPhone X

LG was really excelling in early multi core processor era and it phones like optimus G and g2 was on top of the game, but after that everything went down. Going for first in screen resolution war was stupid move, cause it didint give any advantage for user just wasted battery life and strained chipset, Samsung used it more smartly and turned it to VR and LG just started to stop innovating and follow the suit and when you follow and not innovating for big company like LG meaned approaching doom

LG G2 was my first flagship phone, and I'd say it was also the best phone LG ever made. It was perfect in every sense. Literally the fastest phone of it's time with the best camera & battery life. LG never managed to make such a perfect device since then.

The Nexus 4 had a Snapdragon S4 Pro, which sort of turned into a Snapdragon 600 after Qualcomm changed its naming scheme (and I mixed it up with the 800). And the fingerprint reader text belongs to the LG G4. I've updated the article.

                              Life is Good! :)

My sister's V10 just died last month and she had it the day it but the market... l0ved that phone, I will buy it again anytime if they just switch to AMOLED and upgraded hardware plus battery. I hate what they did with V20 compared to the V10 volume rocker, power, and finger print placements (the V10 was simple, unique, and much more practical). V30 was a failure since they merged it with the G series. I mean why make 2 series which have very little difference between each other??
LG have great stuff and ideas that I believe they can beat samsung standing in their game, but sadly the execution of those ideas are half backed or a bit rushed. They do some meaningless mistakes and decisions that turns something great into Meehhh
