Hard to say. I will wait. Not due to price but just want to see what the rest of the year got to offer. Cant say there are 'better' phone out there that surpassed Note9 capabilities and features either. Also surprised people here actually opting and recommending S8 series. Lol. What happened to all the bashing with awkward fingerprint position? Thats argument suddenly no longer valid after you seeing the lower price tag now? smh

Sammy is just trying to rob the money by charging a humongous amount of money for note9.
Better to buy some top spec chinese phone at 1/3rd of this note 9's price

In our market, the pre-order exclusive 512gb rom version comes bundled with a 32-inch smart tv. But since i've steeled myself to a 2-year relationship with my note8, i'll have to pass on that enticing offer. Looking forward to next year's note and preorder bundles though.

From an outside perspective s845, 4000 over 3300, best speakers vs ok single one, dual 1.5 aperture, more advanced heat pipe, bt super capacitor pen, and 128gb vs 64gb are not bad. Plus whatever display upgrade they made

Ha. Definitely not a better flagship out there objectively.
Funny thing is most people are whining about price when saying that.
But this is pre order which has you dying deals like 450 off trade in, buy get one, or 50% off. So that's not valid.

The price i think is just too much.... There aren't any significant changes to justify this price... I think customers should wait for S10 series which is going to be released in three versions... Don't ever try the trade in s9/s9+ which is offering $450 credit off.... Unless you want an email stating that your device didn't met the requirements and guess what your trade in device won't be returned!!!

It looks really bad when the big party trick is a fancy new battery and performance optimizer when the end result is lower benchmark scores and shorter batter life, doesn't it? :)
There's clearly some coding issues with Android 9.0 and I have a feeling there will be a 9.0.1, 9.0.2, 9.0.3 and so on, fairly soon.

It won't be lower priced than that until next year. All the pre-order bundles around the world are also quite hard to ignore. Be it a Galaxy Watch or 300 buck AKG headphones.
...and I would never buy a two month old second hand phone. Anyone selling that fast I would never trust as a seller.
