Xiaomi's Pocophone F1 benchmarked: as fast as any flagship

14 August 2018
That kind of speed is easy to get - if you have the money. But the Pocophone is different, it won't break the bank.

Peterthereal, 17 Aug 2018Excuse me, I am new to samrtphone Study. I am wondering w... moreYes, it's liquid cooling and special operating system of MIUI for pocophone, that helps optimize pocophone F1, and this phone will updates much more faster than other miui devices. For this price it's a real Flagship killer for performance, if you want something more luxury get a MI 8.

is this pocophone f1 using liquid cooling system?. i look unboxing this phone in you tube and in the front of the phone write used liquid cooling system

Excuse me, I am new to samrtphone Study.
I am wondering what makes Xiaomi's poco F1 the fastest when all other brand using the same Qualcomm 845 chipset? Is there any other reasons or features which make the difference for poco F1?

      Thank you for your help.

So, the only downside so far is the plastic build. If the camera is superb enough, I might be interested. Still waiting for Mi Note 4, though.

Apple iPhones are getting faster, but the fallacy of this is s bottom up approach. Topping benchmarks does not make up for the features iPhones don't have, e.g. memory expansion and media share Bluetooth, WiFi. NFC.

All phones are getting faster, Huawei Kirin 970 and Snapdragon 845, both use the 10nm process

Flagship phones will soon benefit from the 7nm process http://www.tsmc.com/english/dedicatedFoundry/technology/10nm.htm

Two years from now the kirin 970 and Snapdragon 845 will adorn mid range phones

Into a 2 year contract don't expect your phone even flagship to match, be happy with your device until you upgrade.
If you accept the Snapdragon 845 is really fast now....

Funny how the Samsung Galaxy S9+ (Snapdragon) score is so low, to make Exynos look better I guess.

Everytime you look at that notch, you die a little inside.

I see this refuse fanboys and released a notch (instead of useless bezel). If they remove the (equally useless) 3.5mm jack I would be a happy camper.

Nokiax, 14 Aug 2018So android vendor nothing now... Just put newest snapdrago... moreIt's just marketing speak. I look at it as being a future proof phone at a good price point. For the same price I'll get a Samsung A6+ with a sd450 processor which will lag after a while. I have a Samsung on8 and I regret buying it. Its become really slow and Samsung has used some crappy memory on it which adds to the horrible user experience. So I am strongly looking at this pocophone

                      So android vendor nothing now...
Just put newest snapdragon and tada you have fastest phone....

The Pocophone Name sounds very stupid

Notch existence kills it for me. Nope.

Bluetooth headphones are fine for people who don't care about sound quality who are plenty. However those who do love good music probably will want a good quality wired headphone to use.

Plus Bluetooth headphones means one more battery to charge.

If you don't use media on a phone, and just use just as a paper weight feature phone, have whatever you want. But people like us want to use phones even while charging, hate to charge an extra device like a headset regularly, so will just avoid anything that comes without essentials. But I know there is no point in quarreling with bullies.
