this issue was same in the government, any gambling was illegal if they not paying tax , but if pay its become legal, so its clearly the apple don't get any benefits from this apps so they call it as illegal

I would only gamble if I knew I was going to win, hence I don't gamble.
I would only invest in stocks & shares or bricks & mortar (that could be considered gambling).
The only winners are the gambling house themselves especially with algorithms.
Safe guards should be put in place to protect the vulnerable, and where this cannot be effective it should be banned.

I disagree with this decision. People should be free to do what they want (provided they aren't hurting others). No one has the right to restrict or limit anyone else's freedom. If they want to gamble, then let them gamble. If they want to smoke, let them smoke. Their life, their body, their choice.

Stupid Gambling apps. The only thing you win is the right to give away money for cheap and purposeless thrills. They should be banned worldwide, but they generate too much money for literally 0$ of development. You got the same stupid gambling app all over again with a different "skin": Las Vegas, National Geographic, Oz... you name it, it exists.
