    Plastic is not a premium material but it's sure as hell easier to hold than glass or metal. And it's very resistant to damage.

Can you imagine trying to justify paying 1000 dollars for something because its more shiny. Too much NaCl.

        Here are 2 big reasons why this phone is not a good buy.

        1. Plastic body in 2018. That already puts this phone in D grade category.
        2. Wide notch. They're just plain ugly.

        I personally wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone, but if you like it, then you can buy it. I'm not stopping you from buying, am i? I'm just stating my opinion.

                Whilst you want to know how good they will be with updates to the latest Android versions, this pricing is insanely good: top flight specs for lower mid range pricing.

                  Whackcar, 22 Aug 2018Aside from the price, there's nothing attractive about this...Price is the first thing that will come to people's mind when deciding to buy something, in my opinion. Honestly, none can match this price tag, feel free to change my mind though.

                  Paying a mere 300 usd for a top of line 845 chip, used in the note 9 which cost 1000 usd, dual cameras, liquid cooling system and 4000mah battery seems extremely "budget" to me. This couples with Xiaomi great customer service make this device extremely competitive in the market. Quality is also proven by past Xiaomi products so we do not have to worry about it breaking down soon after use or becoming laggy. Cameras are also very capable as proven by the Mix 2s and Mi 8, which have the same setup.

                  There are some cutbacks on the material, but most of us use a case for our phones so it is not something so severe, like cutting out the 3.5 jack and micro sd for example, both of which are supported by this phone.

                  If this phone does not satisfy your need, please tell me a more attractive phone.

                    Now, im confused between this or the mi max 3. They have a lot to offer and almost all are great!

                    I have now redmi note 5 ai and max1 as my daily drivers.

                    I might sell both and but mi max 3 and this phone poco f1.

                          Aside from the notch and the lame name, that's some killer pricing for the specs!

                          BTW, like recent tradition, this phone has already been available to reviewers for some time. If you go to the specs page, you can see it's battery endurance of 111 hours already printed.

                                    You are saying as if the price means nothing. At 21k you get an SD 845 device with next to no compromises, what do you want more?
                                    It has IR assisted face unlock, liquid cooling, a 4000 mah battery (which is being touted as one of the main USPs of a recently launched flagship priced 3 times this Poco F1), a camera which appears to be more than decent, stereo speakers, add to all that A FLAGSHIP PROCESSOR!
                                    Plastic body is definitely a bummer, but considering the price again, it is no issue at all for 99% users.
                                    You seriously want to compare it with 1000 dollar flagships, because they are more "attractive" than this in features?
                                    Again I'd like to confirm, what exactly are you smoking? Lol!
