1. Small internal storage.
2. Not even a Dual Rear Camera like the XZ2 premium.
3. LED Flash is weak and is only 1 small flash compared to other flagships which have TRUE TONE FLASH?
4. 3k by 2k display like the XZ2 Premium.
5. Battery isn't even somewhere at 4kMAH despite its hunchback design.
6. Isn't even TRIPLE card slot.
7. No dedicated apps for the sensors such as compass and barometer.
8. Isn't even a 6 inch smartphone.
Seriously. Despite having a bezzels. Sony could have done better by moving that SONY logo on the back. Joining with the name XPERIA on the bottom rear. Make the screen longer and wider. And return the SIDE power button + fingerprint scanner combo!
And you think that sony would last long from the notch resistance? They're in the progress of making a face scanner similar to FACE ID and IRIS scanner which could be mounted at the front of the display.

Am I the only one here who still finds the side mounted finger print scanner on sony phone a bit better and beautiful easthetically? I wish they have released different versions in other markets.

No one is not going to buy this phone if it had a 3.5mm jack. However, lots of people are nog going to buy this phone, because it does not have a 3.5mm jack.

Nice looking phone. In the leaked 3D video, I could not see a 3.5mm headphone jack. I need it for headphones and to connect to my car for music.
I also have an expensive Sony noise cancelling headphones, so I will not be able to use with this phone, unless I can carry dongles.

If Sony would make the back a bit more flat, put the fp at the camera position and move the camera higher (mid top position), I think it'll be great. I dont't mind the bezel on top and bottom.

As for sony, I wonder if it will be new 48mp sensor, I would expect more one thats in premium, but without second monochrome camera. Also cameras aside, its about time they bring more features beside that, original to sony, as what did they promise.

This is probably the Sony design that some of us, including me have been looking for.
Okay, some flaws that would have for some are:
ー not being bezeless enough
ー no headphone jack
ー slippery back design
But... there are many good things that we see:
ーno notch
ーwater and dust proof
ー dedicated shutter key
ーsome unique Sony design elements are still there, which is growing on me now (despite resembling HTC)
ー stereo speakers
ー micro sd card slot
Tbh, we should be greatful for Sony resisting the trendy notch bezel-less design. If you want a completely bezel-less design, then look somewhere else. The purpose of not making very tiny bezels is to acoodate the stereo speakers that MAY be more powerful and have higher audio quality than the S9, as well as making it comfortable when you put it on your ears when talking on the phone.
Just look at any new flagships now, they all look obnoxious with the notch, especially the Pixel 3 XL (save for the S9 and Note9). I'm glad Sony has managed that.
It's a shame for some of you bashing about Sony being outdated, just take look at Samsung (currently) and Apple back then. Some may think of me as a Sony fanboy, but imo, Sony feels more pleasant to hold and I would take a second look even more than the other two, or even Huawei.
