LG V40 ThinQ will have stereo Boombox speakers and Quad DAC

Triple-lens rear and Oppo Find X-like camera sliders should be the norm in 2019. Find X and V40 will be the guinea pigs for them. I hope by 2021, the notch is gone and we have smartphones that has 10x optical zoom.
I doubt they will ever want to create the perfect battery that takes 10,000 life cycles to degrade. Will ruin their future business. We hear all these cool concepts and we will never see them as long as Apple aims to be greedy forever and ever. The rest just follow their greed.

Then main camera works as depth sensor because bigger aperture is better to defocus

I want the V40 with its 5 cameras and the BoomBox, but with the next gen 855 7nm SoC + 5G modem!
And I don't want to wait a year!
Ah, but no mention of an under-screen fingerprint scanner! Pity! So I'll have to keep waiting for the perfect device!

With LG phone cameras being good in the past, I have high hopes for this, although coupling a small-pixel sensor with the f/2.4 is something worth reconsidering.

HTC's BoomSound uses two sets of speakers, while LG's BoomBox is just a plain mono speaker with lots of volume and some great quality too (but still not on par with proper stereo solutions).

I tried waiting for this phone. When they said it was going to have a notch, I decided to quit waiting. Of course I couldn't pass up the freebie that came with the Note 9. Enjoying my Note 9 so far. Bye LG.

what is life, 03 Sep 2018Do you even own a stereo speaker phone before? My earpiece ... moreI don't, but my sister does, and I have tried it myself.
Her iPhone 7 Plus has some nice pair of stereo speakers, but the earpiece is only good for mostly vocals and other highs, while bottom speaker is better for everything. The only reason that the earpiece just sounds as loud as the bottom speaker is that the bottom speaker is set to produce lower volume sound in order to match the top speaker.
And yep, you need that much bezels on iPhone 7 Plus to have a loud and clear earpiece. The S9 and Note 9's earpiece are even lower in volume in comparison, but their bottom speaker compensates for that.
The real challenge here is to make the V40's earpiece to be as loud as the BoomBox speaker of the G7 ThinQ, all inside that tiny notch of the G7 ThinQ.

mr phone, 03 Sep 2018like any phone today can survive alot if you play games on ... moreJust Don't buy a phone with a battery 3300 mAh and pay extra cash , and spent time to wait for charge and buy a Motorola One Power with 5000 mAh battery or some equivalent model with this specs, and don't buy LG, until the company accept that her marketing sucks, and ghange it.

Finally, QUAD DAC, 32-bit stereo channels plus/bonus great camera. Awesome specially for us audiophile crowd. :D
