Is this the only way of innovating and increasing the phone price? Slap another couple of cameras on a phone? Google works with one!

    ....and this phone will be released on April 1st.
    Unless, this has been badly reported and the phone will have a dual camera setup on ther back and an additional camera on the front.

                  It could also mean that it'd have 2 cameras at the front and 2 at the back. Or 3 at the rear and one on the front. 4 cameras sounds like an overkill.

                      but if you want a camera for every scenario in one package/chassis then it already exists ! and its called "Light L16" . It has 16 cameras!!!!!!!!!! (16 individual 13MP sensors)

                                Its not really that big of a deal, they didn't say where the 4 cameras will be, so it'll probably be 2 in front and 2 on the back (which has already been seen many times)

                                  Frankly I really don't believe this information, but if it were to be true I hope that many cameras will really be useful and not just putting 4 cameras just for the sake of having many cameras on the back of a phone and playing marketing bullsh*t, it should really improve image quality.
                                  One other thing that makes me not believe this information is that I don't imagine Samsung putting the best camera experience on a phone other than a galaxy Note or S.

                                    Samsungs loosing too many sales to Huawei and the P20 Pro triple camera is way better than anything samsung has in low light pics and zoom quality.....

                                    I dont think they gonna do 4 camera though, probs just triple on back and one on front

                                      I bet they want to copy Sony's aube same way they copied the sensor.

                                        This would be ridiculous...
                                        But, then again, Samsung has lost some of their market share to Huawei and Xiaomi... so then they might try their tactic.

                                        In 5 years from now there'll probably be a phone with 10 rear cameras and 5 front cameras...
