Apple Watch Series 4 to have higher-resolution screen than its predecessor

The 42mm model will come with 384x480 resolution, thus being able to fit more content on the display.

Apple Watch killed the rest of the industry (even denting Swiss watch sales), without even changing design.
Imagine what a new one with new features will do.
