Half the comment is just hate from Android fanboys. Not sure if they realize their nonsense don't affect Apple users nor Android users. Most people don't care that much to waste time arguing online.

AnonD-241270, 08 Sep 2018Well, if crApple wins this mediocre thing maybe is good for... moreSo much hate... but why? I'm pretty sure Apple is not pushing anyone to buy their products. And also can't really remember when they said that they invented something new for their phones...

Well, if crApple wins this mediocre thing maybe is good for them because this year and the next i see dark, real dark news for them....
My predictions is maybe crApple will lose some market share and a lot of sales, and lawsuits like this only do in favor of crApple because all people know "crApple invented everthing first" so...if they win, i am not impressed.
Meh, crApple being crApple all the time.

I think some people are confused about this case. Apple is not saying they don't want to pay. They are saying QC is double dipping and that needs to stop. So they have been putting the money in an escrow account until the court decides on what the right fees should be. QC have a lot riding on that case, and if Apple wins then the whole industry will benefits as a result.
