In past years Samsung were a lot better than Nokia especialy the time Nokia were bought by Mictrosoft but at the present they doing one distaster next to another thus to the facts.

Nokia releases constant and frequent updates using pure clean android out of stupid bloatware and crappy apps like samsung health meter samsung pay bixby etc with 2 updates per 3 years in case of J series just only one update. And a lot higher price compared to nokia with bad customer service especialy here in Slovakia and bad support from Samsung.
Where Nokia is awesome quality price and durability hence Nokia 5 2017 was the most durable smartphone of 2017 as was posted on GSM Arena and said by Zac Nelson aka Jerry rig Everything.

Nokia 8 is more Nokia then all lumias that came out after microsoft full takeover. I must know, cause i also own 2 lumia 950xl. Poor battery and the worst build quality a lumia device ever had, since Lumia name was born. On that phone there is no Nokia in it, but just the camera, which is a damn good one, the rest is not even close to Nokia design and quality (from how was assambled (yes i took on appart because it's 2 front microphones died in about a year), what a design mess! I loved that device, but nope when it comes to hardware, has nothing what i would call, nokia. More like samesung in it's first years of building plasticky devices. As for HMD: there are so many ways to invest apparently you stopped understanding after you heard "money from". People like you troll brainless and somehow never get tired of being useless m''ns. Well at least they are the exemple as of why is important to learn and think before you speak.

Your right but I was tell explaining to the other guy who was assuming that FOXCONN owns HMD Global which was a false information. I told you him that Foxconn is an ODM that manufactures products for companies, the company is a multinational company meaning that both Chinese and Taiwanese and others work in the company if you read my previous posts
What I saying was true but the only wrong I was that HMD bought the Nokia mobile, it's that they licensed the name Nokia. Which some how if you think about it, it means bought the name to use it.
So my facts weren't wrong.

basically what happened to Nokia's mobile division is this. Nokia phone division is costing more money for Nokia than it is making for them. They sell there mobile division to Microsoft. Windows phone isn't working for Microsoft and in either late 2015 or early 2016 a new company called HMD global emerges (made up of ex Nokia and Microsoft employees with their HQ across the road from Nokia) and buys Nokia's mobile division from Microsoft.
