Apple.com reveals names, colors: iPhone Xs, Xs Max and Xr

The Xs models will maintain a "serious" color scheme while the Xr will be as colorful as the iPhone 5c.

How die they come up with the "r" ? What does it stand for? And imo Plus sounds a lot better than Max. But then again, nobody cares because it's Apple and they will sell millions either way.
