Imperator Neubaticus, 16 Sep 2018You have good tastes, my friend. Emui is digusting. EMUI has good looks but transitions are somewhat heavy despite having huge RAM. I usually experience the lag when I unlock the phone from reboot using a password, the keyboard stutters. I don't know if it's just my device or others have similar experience too.

If improved implementations is the key, then Android with its many many OEM and phones are probably done it better.
What a joke! That's the reason why people foolishly throwing money at Apple for that overpriced iPhone.

Few months ago, when I heard about a smartphone brand called XIAOMI, I instantly disregarded it considering that, from the name itself, it implies a chinese phone. Fastforward, out of curiosity, I found myself ordering their cheapest phone online, the Xiaomi Redmi 5A, at 3,990php ($74). Two days ago, the phone arrived. And so far, I can say that it's the best value for my money. I feel in love with the MIUI with its soft muted color atmosphere. It's smoother and more feature-packed (with Remote Control and Screen Recorder) than the EMUI of my previous Huawei Mate 10 Lite. I know some wants stock android, but for me, I prefer pre-installed apps because they are already optimized with the device and I don't need to search for apps in Play Store that may contain virus/malware. So yeah, I am liking Xiaomi devices now and I am looking forward to own the Mi 8 in the future when the price drops online.
