Mi 8 lite is a step up from Mi A2 (apart from Androidone). Because if you don't mnd the notch that much, the battery is better, the cams idk, glass design is a win for some (including me). But tbh, leave Mi 8 lite and cop Mi 8 SE. Overall better package due to SD 710, not to mention AMOLED display.
Edit: the notch is quite small on the 8 lite O_o Nice I might consider getting one...

what is difference between Mi8 lite and Mi6X? almost nothing(maybe notch?lol), look https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=9329&idPhone2=9140 this model is waste of time.. totally worthless model. now are 2 same models ..xiaomi should put here at least snap 670 and amoled display or nfc..

Let's see if this time we will have a working LTE-A in Europe. Aggregation of B3+B7 was not working on Mi 8.

Pricing is good, but unfortunately no 3.5 mm or SD card and notch (without Oled to properly hide it). A shame really. I can live with a notch and lack of SD card slot, but 3.5 mm is mandatory for me. Good looking phones too.
Oh well.

Average battery.
The only thing it is "Pro" at, is in blindly aping the iPhone.
What's worse is that they did not even spare the mid-range Mi 8 Lite from having these drawbacks.
