Who is realistically going to pay around €450 for a Xiaomi phone? Especially one lacking SD card support, headphone jack, ip68, and most likely full hd Netflix support? They make good budget phones but their flagships are poor. Save yourself 100 bucks and get the Honor View 10, or save 200 and get the Nokia 8, or spend an extra 100 and get LG G7. All more well rounded phones

The base variant of Mi 8 lite looks compelling at that price. Now, if only it had SD670 instead of SD660, it would have become an irresistible device.
I wonder why there is such a low adoption of SD710/SD670..... Most of the phones either launch with SD636/SD660 or they go staight with SD845.

Xiaomi Mi 8 SE=Global version (Mi 8 Lite), but with some differences, biger screen, battery, no OLED, and differente color(s). MI 8 SE is great (small) phone, with better screen than Mi8 Lite, but Mi 8 SE, does not have Global version, and also more important, does not have global rom at all (some LTE bands for EU, also missing etc)..

Not interesting at all, but again the price is sweet. Of course I won't ever buy such big ugly phone, but that's life. People find similarity with iPhone and want to have even such bad looking copy (not only because of the price).
There were times that I really liked Xiaomi phones. MIUi still is the best.

USD is not so relevant outside the EU, where gsmarena is located.
Either way, you should be able to handle to use an online currency converter, shouldn't you?
