Pathetic Chinese companies. They are really proud that they copy everything from Apple. 0$ budget on design team.

    Huawei air buds, calc of cost quick&rough;
    Buds (speaker & plastic cover) - 5 € / item
    Buds (battery) - 5 €
Charger (incl. of small battery bank) - 10 €

    Net cost FOB; 25 €
    Trp & insurance (5 to 10 per cent of value); 2,5 €

Total net cost for importer; 27,5 €
    Market mark-ups (15% for wholesale, add another 55% for retail); 19,25 €

    Turnover tax EU (20%); 9,35 €

Cost for consumer (EU) (presuming very high quality of buds, battery, speakers); ~ 50 €
(enclosed rough calc. gives exactly 56,1 €)

    ...

Note; the bluetooth shortwave radio transmitter (regardless of #4 or #5 spec.) should cost
    very, very little - guesswork 1 euro/earbud.
Note 2; the batteries (one in each bud), and lasting for at least 10 hours of (normal volume) use, should cost no more than 2 € each.
Note 3; the compartment (the plastic) should cost no more than 0,1 € per bud.
Note 4; the loudspeaker should cost no more than 2 € to 5 € (each).
Note 5; the powerbank/recharge unit should cost no more than 5 €, inclusive of battery, plastic cover and AC adaptor.

Note 6; total cost of production, more specified guesswork ~ 20 €

(Yes, these sums & calc's all fit together. Are they valid? Yes, possibly.)

Vic4BBM, 20 Sep 2018I am currently using Mi A1 and Moto G turbo edition. Reg... moreBattery that lasts for two days and recharges in 90 min.camera configuration that takes good pictures in day or night, unique colours that are catching the attention, ability to transfer files via Bluetooth with every other phone from other brands, screen cast with any smart tv or via usb and many other features. How are this things gimmicks? What you get from the iphone for much higher price? Wireless audio solution that costs 100 dollars, screen resolution that is from 2012 era, small batteries and withous fast charger in the box, no 3.5mm adapter, glass that costs 500 dollars to replace, closed eco system, screen cast only possible with apple tv witch is also expensive, bluetooth file transfer only compatible with apple devices, same design for 5 generations. Is this justifying the astronomical prices for the iphones?apple is forcing the consumer to buy every apple product to be abble to do everything android can do for half the price. The answer is very obvious i think

It looks like a photoshoped Samsung

Vic4BBM, 20 Sep 2018These are trends or gimmicks? How is glossy color a trend ... moreA big battery is not a gimmick, it is a decent stands to take, and gives heavy users and those that don't like being frugal, a chance at using it all day. I have a group of drinking friends, that I meet up with a few times per year, all have iPhones. All have had at least one cracked screen or back, and worst still, none of them can get through the same amount of screen on time as I can. Seriously, they all rinse their batteries so quickly, even with fairly light use. Same with a sports team I am involved with. All U16 girls, all have iphones, none of them have any charge and have their devices plugged in all the time. Some also have cracked screens or backs. So embarrassing. And they would walk around in ripped Nike trainers or court shoes, but they accept walking around with a smashed up phone, that is out of juice after around 3.5 hours sot.

I'm not a big fan of AI label but i guess it's doing some work in this case. Thanks for having an intelligent conversation.

Sonu4678, 20 Sep 20181. Lets talk about the night mode on P20 pro. Is that reall... more2. Since Galaxy S7, samsung takes stunning low light pics no doubt than the not so matured yet huawei. P9 monochrome is still not that good at the time because samsung using bigger camera sensor, but huawei playing catching up and open eyes to other company. Starting Mate 10, huawei upped their level and using same camera sensor size as galaxy and the results is very competetive between each other. Basically when talking about low lights pics, most professional reviewer only talking about Mate 10 and S8 at that time. And now, samsung upgrade again and using their f1.5 aperture to compete while P20 stick with monochrome method for low lights but use a bigger camera sensor than samsung, and boy finally they delivers, with more contrasty and best highlight preserves than S9. S9 pics is great as well, but because of using the f1.5 aperture on a small sensor causing the phone looks too bright with overblown highlights. No offense, its still one of the top low lights performer today. As for an iphone? Lets say that it dont even comes close to those two. And yes, stabilization in huawei 4k video recording is bad, hopefully huawei address this in their next Mate 20. Cheers.

Sonu4678, 20 Sep 20181. Lets talk about the night mode on P20 pro. Is that reall... more1. Long exposure mode has long exists in smartphone world. In this case of Night mode on P20 Pro, its definitely different, and obviously u dont know how it differentiate from others while many youtubers and professional reviews praise them for the new features in the smartphone world. What it does is just the same long exposure image stacking as other phones in manual mode, but the magic part here is their stabilization to merge and stitch the image even captured using handheld, called as AIS (Artificial Intelligence Stabilization). Its an EIS actually but the way it works is next level, so i'm okay with it if Huawei call it as AIS. If u dont believe me, go using long exposure mod on any other flagship phones using handheld, it will not get as good as stabilized image in P20 night mode. They need to use tripod to avoid the blurry mess, unlike the P20. Sure, the results looks unnatural and unreal, but its purpose is to show how good and bright it can captured on the dark areas and do wonders. Great for showing off as the results is stunning.

Regarding pricing of iPhone, it is justified from the 5 years software updates. Which Android phone gives you 5 years?

Plus Apple apps are mostly scrutinized and very low chances that you may get any 'virus' on iOS.

Stagnation doesn't break by doing gimmicks of colours, huge batteries and multiple cameras.

Shui8, 20 Sep 2018Monochrome sensor in huawei camera not just for taking mono... more1. Lets talk about the night mode on P20 pro. Is that really a feature? Isn't it same as a long exposure shot in the manual mode? It feels like they just took out a segment already available and made it a highlight feature. To normal people, that is certainly a great feature but is it something new? When people compare photos from different flagships, they consider night mode as auto. I'm sure galaxy flagships can take similar photo in the long exposure manual mode. Think about it, my statement has a valid point. I would like to hear your opinion.

                                2. Monochrome sensor in Huawei cameras as you said "it merge both rgb & monochrome sensor to create 1 image and as a result, the image got great contrast, better dynamic range, and catches more lights" was definitely useful but the result was not impressive. For the first time Huawei have got its camera right even though it's still bad in video. Galaxies were the king in the low light photography before P20 pro even though Huawei had monochrome sensors for a long time. So i don't think Huawei's implementation of monochrome sensors was good enough. Maybe they finally made it worthy in P20 pro, that's possible too.

Sorry but, as good as it may look to have an almost pure screen phone, i am pretty sure, that so much exposed glass, espcially with the giant Samsung like edges will be a nightmare for practical day to day life. The glare will be increedibly annoying, and it will be coveed in dirt and when you drop it, it will be an expensive fix.
