simple user, 01 Nov 2011So it is time now for all iFans to realize that iPhone, iPa... moreTo say that is complete ignorance of what Steve Jobs has done for Apple and also it's customers. You don't hear people stop talking about Alexander Graham Bell, even though his inventions have been mothballed. Apple has a big part to play in this segment, and if you had paid attention you would know that Samsung and HTC have Apple to thank for making this segment so huge that they can get to 1&2. Apple will continue to lead in this area and no amount of comments will rub away Steve Jobs and his legacy, as each year Apple meets new milestones. Least I forget, we thank Google and Andriod, a worthy competitor, and a great company. The future is so exciting just to know that we have Google and Apple.

Kudos to HTC and Samsung. It is their commitment to customers and the motto Customers first that brought them success. As for Apple, to become top 3 was a pipe dream, as only 4-5 years ago they became a phone vendor. Apple will not preserver too be No. 1 , as then they will lose out on the technological break throughs, for quantity. Having said that, HTC and Samsung are no slouches when it comes to technology. About time the likes of Nokia know they face being fazed out a little bit faster each year. Nokia has not listened to customers, just listened to themselves.

So it is time now for all iFans to realize that iPhone, iPad and i* was sold by strong Steve Jobs' charisma. I think now gradually HTC will take its rigthfull place as smartphone leader (after all they are in this market since 10 years)
